摘　　要："六腑以通为用"理论为中医学重要理论之一,在胆腑病中被广泛运用。基于"腑以通为用"理论,把握疾病病因病机,灵活辨证论治,使胆囊切除术后综合征临床症状缓解,进一步探讨该病的临床诊疗思路。Six connected organs for function theory is an important theory in medicine;it is widely applied in treating gall bladderbowel disease.Based on the connected organs for function theory,focused on the disease pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment flexibility,and syndrome symptoms after cholecystectomy,clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease need to be further explored.
