中药熏洗在膝骨性关节炎人工全膝关节置换术后康复中的作用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗在膝骨性关节炎全膝关节置换术后康复中的作用。方法:选择2015年3月-2016年5月期间在我院行单侧人工全膝关节表面置换术的膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,根据纳入和排除标准选择50例,随机分为中药熏洗加常规康复组(治疗组)和常规康复组(对照组),各25例。治疗组术后2周切口拆线后第3天采用中药熏洗膝关节、西乐葆口服和常规康复,对照组口服西乐葆和常规康复;两组患者在术前,术后第2、4、5、10周进行膝关节HSS评分,术后第5、10周进行满意度调查。结果:经统计学分析,术前两组患者在年龄、性别、病情程度方面比较无著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性;两组术前、术后2、4、5、10周各自HSS评分比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);两组间术后2周评分比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),术后第4、5周差异有显著性(P<0.05),术后第10周治疗组较对照组评分高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第5、10周治疗组满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗能加快膝骨性关节炎人工全膝关节表面置换术后康复进程,提高患者满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of TCM medicine fumigation on the rehabilitation in the KOA after total kneereplacement.Methods:50patients were randomly divided into two groups(each group included25patients).The patients in the treatmentgroup took the TCM medicine to fumigate-wash their knees and celebrex plus conventional postoperative rehabilitation on the3rd daysince sutures were removed.The control group took celebrex and conventional postoperative rehabilitation.Results:Difference betweentwo groups in age,sex,degree of knee illness were not statistical significant(P>0.05).Between two groups,the HSS scores had significantdifference between before the operation and in the2nd,4th,5th week and3rd month after operation(P<0.05).Between two groups,theHSS scores had no significant difference in the2nd weeks after the operation(P>0.05),but had significant difference in the4th,5th weekafter the operation(P<0.05).The HSS scores in the treatment group were higher than the control group in the10th week,but the positiveresult was statistically insignificant difference(P>0.05).In5th and10th week after operation,satisfaction in the treatment group was betterthan the control group.Conclusion:The TCM medicine fumigating and washing treatment could accelerate the course of convalescence.
