中药脐疗辅助治疗特应性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索中西医结合治疗特应性皮炎的治疗方法。方法:将120名患者随机分为两组,对照组60例采用丁酸氢化可的松软膏(尤卓尔)配合尿素软膏外用,每日2次;口服氯雷他定片,根据年龄按量服用,每日1次;治疗组60例给予相同药物治疗辅助中药脐疗。结果:治疗组痊愈41例,显效10例,有效3例,无效6例,总有效率(痊愈率+显效率+有效率)为90%;对照组痊愈28例,显效8例,有效6例,无效18例,总有效率为70%。两组结果比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组的痊愈率为68.33%,对照组的痊愈率为46.66%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中药脐疗辅助治疗特应性皮炎优于单纯西药治疗。Objective:To explore the method of treating atopic dermatitis in the integrative medicine.Methods:120patients wererandomly divided into2groups,60cases in each.The control group was treated with butyric acid hydrocortisone ointment with ureaointment external,2times daily,and oral loratadine tablets,1time daily.The treatment group was given the TCM umbilical therapy more.Results:In the treatment group,41cases were cured;10cases were markedly effective;3cases were effective;and6cases was ineffective;the total efficiency was90%.In the control group,28cases were cured;8cases were markedly effective;6cases were effective;18caseswere ineffective;the total efficiency was70%.The difference was statistically significant between groups,P<0.05.The cure rate in thetreatment group was68.33%,and46.66%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:Treating ADby TCM medicine umbilical therapy is superior to simple western medicine.
