三子止咳胶囊联合穴位贴敷治疗痰湿蕴肺型慢性支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨三子止咳胶囊联合穴位贴敷治疗痰湿蕴肺型慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为痰湿蕴肺型慢性支气管炎的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组给予三子止咳胶囊联合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组给予西医常规抗感染,祛痰剂及支气管扩张剂治疗,2个疗程后比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者咳嗽、气喘、肺部啰音消失的时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三子止咳胶囊联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性支气管炎临床效果满意,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effects of the Sanzi Zhike capsule plus acupoint sticking on chronic bronchitis of phlegmdampness in lungs.Methods:60cases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,30cases in each.Theobservation group was given the Sanzi Zhike capsule with acupoint sticking;the control group was given routine western medicine such asanti-infection drugs,expectorant and bronchodilator.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than thecontrol group(P<0.05);and the cough,asthma,lung’s disappearing time in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).
