临床路径护理在急性心肌梗死患者心脏康复过程中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:研究临床路径护理在急性心肌梗死患者心脏康复过程中的应用价值。方法:选择心内科收治的136例急性心肌梗死患者,其中男78例,女58例,采取抽签划分方式分为实验组(68例)和对照组(68例),实验组的AMI患者均在卧床修养、心电图检测、吸氧、镇静止痛等常规治疗基础上行临床护理路径,对照组行常规治疗,再统计数据比较两组的护理效果结局。结果:实验组对AMI疾病的了解程度显著比对照组要高,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;实验组对护理工作满意情况比对照组满意程度要高,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,在治疗之后实验组的恐怖、焦虑和抑郁评分比对照组明显要低,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:临床护理路径能使患者了解一定的疾病知识,提高患者的康复率,提高护理人员的工作质量,增大患者战胜疾病的信心,在临床具有一定价值,值得大力推广。Objective:To study the application value of clinical pathway nursing in the process of cardiac rehabilitation in patientswith acute myocardial infarction.Methods:136patients(male78cases,female58cases)with acute myocardial infarction were randomlydivided into the control group(68cases)and experiment group(68cases).Patients in the control group accepted routine treatment;theother patients in the experiment group accepted routine treatment(bed rest,ECG detection,oxygen inhalation,sedative and analgesictherapy,etc.)and clinical pathway nursing.Results:The understanding of AMI disease in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing service in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of terror,anxietyand depression in the experimental group were significantly less(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway has certain value in clinic,can make patients understand more knowledge of disease,improve recovery rate and quality of working,and increase patients’confidenceto overcome disease.
