后路减压复位植骨融合内固定术治疗重度腰椎滑脱症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨后路减压复位植骨融合内固定术治疗重度腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法:2012年5月-2015年5月采用后路减压复位植骨融合内固定术治疗重度腰椎滑脱症38例,根据邹德威疗效评价方法进行疗效评价。结果:所有病例均获得12~24个月随访。38例病例均获得椎间骨性融合,优28例,良7例,可3例,差0例,优良率为92.1%。结论:后路减压复位植骨融合内固定术治疗重度腰椎滑脱症疗效确切,植骨融合率高,可保持术后椎间隙高度和脊柱生物力学稳定性,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。Objective:To explore efficacy of postoperative decompression and bone graft fusion on severe lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:38cases were treated with posterior decompression and bone graft fusion and internal fixation.The curative effect was evaluatedby Zou Dewei’s curative effect evaluation method.Results:All cases were followed up for12to24months.38cases were obtainedintervertebral fusion.Excellent in28cases,effective in7cases,a little effective in3cases,excellent rate was92.1%.Conclusion:Posteriordecompression and bone grafting with internal fixation on severe lumbar spondylolisthesis is effective,with high the fusion rate,canmaintain the postoperative vertebral space height and the biomechanical stability of the spine,and is worthy of promotion.
