摘　　要：介绍武权生教授运用中医药辨证论治妇科恶性肿瘤术后发热的经验。武教授强调在病因病机上以"外感内滞"为主;辨证上病证结合,标本兼顾,治以解表导滞法,精当用药,解表以疏散风热为重,化滞以理气化瘀通腑为要,使气畅而血调,表邪散而腑气通,营卫调和而湿热清,内外兼治,气血并进,脏腑同调,屡获良效。Experience of Professor Wu Quansheng for treating gynecological malignancies postoperative fever in TCMdifferentiation was introduced.Professor Wu stressed that the main cause of pathogenesis is Waigan Neizhi;comprehensive diagnosisshould be considered;Therapeutic method is Jiebiao Daozhi,accurate medication.Professor Wu Quansheng for treating gynecologicalmalignancies postoperative fever by the Jiebiao Daozhi therapy showed a good effect.
