理气化瘀法治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨理气化瘀法治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法:选择84例原发性痛经患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组予布洛芬治疗;观察组给予理气化瘀方治疗。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛评分均有显著改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组总体有效率为78.6%,观察组总体有效率为95.2%(P<0.05)。结论:理气化瘀法治疗原发性痛经疗效显著。Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Liqi Huayu therapy on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:84patients weredivided into2groups.The control group was given ibuprofen;and the observation group was given the Liqi Huayu therapy.Results:Aftertreatment,the pain scores in two groups were significantly improved;and that in the observation group was significantly better than thecontrol group(P<0.05).The total efficiency was78.6%in the control group and95.2%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TheLiqi Huayu therapy on primary dysmenorrhea shows a significant effect.
