部分拔甲加改良梭形整形术治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨嵌甲型甲沟炎的最佳治疗方法。方法:对20例嵌甲型甲沟炎患者进行跟踪随访,随访中分别记录愈合时间、复发与否和复发时间,术后1个月、6个月对患趾临床功能、满意程度进行评价。结果:部分拔甲加改良梭形整形术可提高嵌甲型甲沟炎临床疗效,减少复发率。结论:部分拔甲加改良梭形整形术是治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎较好的手术方式。Objective:To evaluate the best therapy for paronychia.Methods:20cases were followed up,and healing time,recurrencetime,recurrence were recorded.Clinical function and satisfaction degree were analyzed in1month and6months.Results:Part of nailremoval and improved spindle anaplasty can improve clinical curative effects,reduce recurrence rate.Conclusion:Part of nail removal plusimproved spindle anaplasty is a good method of treating paronychia.
