降低辽河油田钻采工具应用成本研究分析

摘　　要：目前辽河油田年用封隔器成本约为3800万元,井下工具使用完后若不经修复,大量经修复还能够重新使用的零件将报废处置。因此合理考虑修复成本并研究分析工具再利用效益是降本增效的重要手段之一。如能提高井下常用封隔器修复设计能力,将使辽河油田井下工具的综合平均使用成本降低。currently:packers costs about38million a year in Liaohe Oilfield,without repair,a large number of components which are repairable will be scrapped directly.Therefore,it is a very vital method to consider the cost of repair and study the recycle efficiency of the tools for costsaving.If we can improve repair design capability of commonly-used downhole packers,it will reduce the average cost of downhole tools of Liaohe Oilfield.
