利用Excel实现标准节流装置的设计

摘　　要：通常的节流装置设计选型主要依靠制造厂计算,由于手动计算复杂繁琐,设计人员需要借助一些专业设计软件对其进行准确性判断,但受各种因素所限,实现并不方便。为此,提出一种利用Excel软件"单变量求解"功能进行标准节流装置设计的方法,实例证明该方法计算准确,方便灵活,提高了设计效率。The design of throttle devices is usually depended on manufacturers.Designers have to use some professional design softwareto verify the accuracy of the results because manual calculation is very complex and time-consuming.However,the realization isn’tconvenient due to the restriction of various factors.A method of standard throttle devices design using single variable solution in Excel ispresented.The example has proved that this method is accurate and flexible,and furthermore,it can improve design efficiency.
