基于游客满意度的潍坊十笏园文化街区空间品质提升途径研究

摘　　要：潍坊十笏园文化街区拥有独特的十笏园历史遗迹与丰富的风俗文化,对潍坊城市空间形态产生重要影响。本研究在实地调研与问卷调查的基础上,运用游客满意理论,构建空间品质游客满意度的指标测评体系,从而探讨空间品质提升与优化途径。结果如下:十笏园文化街区空间品质总体满意度未达到满意水平,7个评价维度中仅2个达到满意水平;排列出14个具有较高满意度相关性的评价因子,筛选出6个满意度显著性影响评价因子,并得出最优拟合回归方程。提出整合空间格局、提升园林景观水平、完善公共服务、更新业态功能、强化运营管理等五大空间品质提升途径,以期推动街区的文化传承,提升其空间品质与游客体验,再现街区独特的历史文化风貌和充满古韵的高品质生活。Weifang Shihuyuan Cultural District has a unique Shihuyuan historical relics and rich folk culture,it has animportant impact on the spatial morphology of Weifang City.In this paper,on the basis of spot investigation andquestionnaire,the theory of satisfaction was used to construct the tourist satisfaction index system of space quality,so as toexplore the space quality improvement and optimization ways.The results were as follows:1)The total space quality touristsatisfaction of Shihuyuan Cultural Block was lower.2)Only2of the7appraisal dimension reached the satisfaction level.3)14evaluation factors with higher degree of satisfaction were arranged,6significant effecting appraisal factors of satisfactionwere screened,obtained the optimal fitting regression equation.This paper put forward five ways to improve the quality ofspace,including integration of spatial pattern,enhancing the landscape level,improving public services,updating formatfunction,and strengthen the operation management,hope to promote the cultural heritage of the neighborhood,to enhancethe quality of the space and tourist experience,to reappear blocks unique historical and cultural style and high quality life fullof elegance.
