城市公园周边地区建筑高度控制方法探讨——广州以流花湖公园为例

摘　　要：对广州流花湖公园周边地区建筑高度控制方法进行研究,探讨从视线廊道控制、整体视域分析、天际轮廓界面控制等方面进行建筑高度的分区控制手段,以弥补该地区城市设计景观控制要素的缺失,使新的开发建设在建筑高度整体控制的前提下,不破坏城市公园周边地区的自然景观界面,形成丰富的天际轮廓线以及多层次的建筑群体景观,减少新开发的建筑地块对城市公园等重要景观控制区域造成不良影响。Governmental policies are critical to the destiny ofhistoric villages,the properties of which are different from other sorts ofheritage.The data collected from investigations to32typical historic villagesin Shanxi Province indicates that both the universal policies and specializedones all contains paradox that historic villages are intended to be preservedbut meanwhile their decline is accelerated due to the requirement of socialmodernization.The contradiction is actually caused by the special propertiesof historic villages and by the inadequacy of policies.The effective wayout of the situation is to integrate the existing policies,improve the policyfunctions,use the policy tools coordinately,establish a complete policyoperating system and bring the lower-lever governmental policy functionsinto play.
