摘 要:空调系统采暖模式对冬季电动汽车续航里程具有重要影响。本文针对原有热泵空调系统进行了优化,并通过低温除霜试验对比优化后的热泵系统和正温度系数电阻加热器加热系统(简称PTC加热系统)的采暖性能。试验结果表明,热泵采暖模式热效率是PTC加热模式的2倍,节能效果明显,但是环境温度低于-5℃时,热泵空调系统会失效,而PTC加热系统仍可以工作,两种采暖模式各有优缺。实验研究为电动汽车空调PTC辅助加热的低温热泵系统的设计提供了重要参考。The performance of heating mode of the air conditioning system has an important impact on the electricvehicle mileage in winter.In this paper,the heat pump air conditioning system was restructured and optimized,andthe heating performance was compared via defrost experiment between the optimized heat pump system and PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient)heater heating system.The test results show that the efficiency of the heat pumpair conditioning system is twice than that of PTC air conditioning system,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.However,the heat pump system cannot work under?5oC,while the PTC heating system can.The experimentprovided reference for design of heat pump system and PTC heating system for electric vehicles.
