摘 要:针对选择性激光烧结工艺中聚苯乙烯(PS)粉末烧结件强度不足的缺点,通过添加玻璃纤维(GF)粉末和碳酸钙粉末制备PS/GF/CaCO_3复合粉末来提高烧结件强度。采用单因素实验法、弯曲强度测试和扫描电子显微镜分析探索了PS/GF/CaCO_3复合粉末烧结件成型的不同工艺参数范围,研究了不同工艺参数对烧结件弯曲强度的影响。结果表明,分层厚度在0.18~0.22 mm范围内,扫描间距在0.25~0.29 mm范围内,扫描速度在1 500~1 800 mm/s内可以确保PS/GF/CaCO_3复合粉末烧结件成型;分层厚度为0.18 mm,扫描间距为0.25 mm,扫描速度为1 500 mm/s时,PS/GF/CaCO_3复合粉末烧结件弯曲强度最高,可达10.94 MPa;在PS/GF/CaCO_3复合粉末烧结件成型的工艺参数范围内,随着分层厚度、扫描间距、扫描速度的增大,弯曲强度降低。Aiming at the shortage of polystyrene(PS)sintered parts’strength in selective laser sintering(SLS)process,the strength of sintered parts were improved by putting GF and CaCO3into the PS powder.The different process parameters’ranges of the sintered parts molding with PS/GF/CaCO3composite powder were detected by means of single factor experiment method,bending strength measure and SEM analysis,the effects of which on the sintered parts’bending strength were observed.The results show that,with the layer thickness of0.18-0.22mm,the scanning interval of0.25-0.29mm and scanning speed of1500-1800mm/s,the kind of PS/GF/CaCO3composite powders can be sintered to be parts.The layer thickness is0.18mm,the scanning interval is0.25mm and the scanning speed is1500mm/s,which can make the bending strength of PS/GF/CaCO3composite powder sintered parts highest,even reach to10.94MPa.During the range of best process parameters above,bending strength is decreased with the increase of layer thickness,scanning space,scanning speed.
