摘 要:通过对复杂盖板塑料件的结构进行分析,确定了其模具的设计方案为:采用镶件的形式实现小型芯成型;采用斜导柱侧抽机构实现侧孔的成型;采用一模一腔,点浇口4点进料。并对镶件、流道、水道和斜导柱4个方面的设计进行了优化创新。通过二维装配图阐述了模具的工作过程。通过CAE分析得到了优化后的注塑工艺参数。经生产实践表明,模具设计结构合理、工作可靠,生产的塑料件质量好,取得了较好的经济效益。The design scheme of injection mould for a complex cover plastic part was determined by analyzing its structure.The small core forming was realized by using inserts.The side hole forming was realized by using slanted guide pillar core pulling mechanism.One mould and one cavity was used with four pin-point gate feeding.The innovation designs of insert,runner,cooling channel and guide pillar were optimized.The working process of the mould was elaborated by2D assembly drawing.The injection molding process parameters after optimization was obtained through the CAE analysis.The practical use result of the mould indicates that the designed mould has reasonable structure and reliable work.Its production quality and economic benefit are improved.
