现代体育思想与高校公共体育教学模式改革研究

摘　　要：高校公共体育教学模式的改革离不开现代体育思想的指导。本文主要阐述了现代体育思想的内容，以及高校公共体育教学应有的内涵。从现代体育思想的演变过程出发，为体育的教学指明方向。高校公共体育教学模式改革是要以大学生的身体素质作为基本出发点，加以创新富有趣味的体育活动来帮助学生心理健康成长。理解现代体育思想有助于帮助高校老师提高教学水平的提升，构建一种热爱运动、积极向上的良好气氛。The reform of public sports teaching in college is inseparable from the guidance of modern sports thinking.This paper mainly expounds the contents of modern sports thought and the connotation of public sports teaching in universities.From the evolution of modern sports thoughts,the orientation of the teaching of sports is pointed out.College public physical education teaching model reform is to college students’physical quality as the basic starting point,to innovation is fun sports activities to help the students’mental health.Understanding the idea of modern sports can help teachers improve their teaching level and build a positive and positive atmosphere.
