高等教育新生态下民办高校科研管理工作的探讨

摘　　要：论文讨论了在高等教育新生态下，民办高校发展关键的问题。在初步分析民办高校当前科研工作及科研管理的现状和主要问题的基础上，提出了相应的建议和策略。Under this new ecology of higher education,the paper discusses one of the key issues of the developmentof private universities,the scientific research management.Based on the analysis of the present situationand main problems of the issue,this paper puts forward the adaptive suggestions and strategies.
