摘　　要：目的探讨改良集束化护理在预防颅脑术后肺部感染中的应用效果。方法将2013年1月—5月收治的85例颅脑手术患者作为观察组,另选取2012年1月—12月收治的91例颅脑手术患者作为对照组。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施改良集束化护理。观察2组肺部感染率及重症监护室治疗观察时间。结果观察组肺部感染率及颅脑重症监护室治疗观察时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑术后患者实施改良集束化护理,能够有效降低术后肺部感染发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of improved bundled care in prevention of pulmonaryinfection after craniocerebral operation.Results A total of85patients undergoing craniocerebraloperation were selected as the observation group between January,2013and May,2013.Another91patients were enrolled as the control group between January,2012and December,2012.Both two groups received routine care during operation period,and the improved bundlednursing intervention was carried out in the observation group.The incidence of pulmonary infectionand length of ICU stay were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of pulmonaryinfection was lower and length of ICU was shorter in the observation group than that ofcontrols(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of improved bundled care may reduce the risk ofpulmonary infection after craniocerebral operation.
