摘　　要：目的分析团队心理护理对抑郁症患者个人和社会功能的影响。方法抑郁症患者55例随机分为研究组(n=23)与对照组(n=22)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予团队心理护理。对比护理前后2组个人与社会功能量表(PSP)评分变化。结果实施护理后,研究组个人关系与社会关系、对社会有益的活动2项评分及量表总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队心理护理的应用能够显著改善抑郁症患者个人与社会功能。Objective To analyze the effect of team-based psychological nursing on individualand social function of patients with depression.Methods Totally55patients with depressionwere randomly divided into the study group(n=23)and the control group(n=22).Both twogroups receive routine nursing care,and patients in the study group were given team-based psychologicalnursing intervention additionally.Patients were investigated by personal and social performancescale(PSP)before and after intervention.Results Patients in the study group receivedhigher score of in individual and social relation,socially beneficial activity and over score of PSPcompared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Team-based psychologicalnursing can improve the individual and social function of patients with depression.
