摘  要:在盐酸介质中,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯对溴酸钾氧化固绿具有催化作用,据此建立了一种用催化光度法测定塑料制品中微量邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的方法。研究了溴酸钾和固绿用量等因素对体系的影响,优化了试验条件。在最佳实验条件下,随着邻苯二甲酸二辛酯浓度增大,体系吸收值线性降低,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的质量浓度在2.13×10^(-2)~1.17mg·L^(-1)范围内与(△A)_(625nm)值有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程式为(△A)_(625nm)=0.1515ρ+0.0535,相关系数(R^2)为0.9909,检出限为1.7×10^(-3)mg·L^(-1)。将本法应用于白色塑料袋中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的测定,测定结果与荧光法的测定结果相符^([4]),测定结果的RSD在1.7%~2.8%之间,回收率在95.6%~105.0%之间。In an hydrochloric acid solution,dioctyl phthalate can catalyze the reaction between potassium bromate and fast green.Based on this,A new catalytic photometric method was developed to measure trace dioctyl phthalate in plastics.Some factors such as the amount of potassium bromate,fast green are optimized.Under selected experimental conditions,With dioctyl phthalate concentra-tion increases,the systems absorption value decreased.A linear response of dioctyl phthalate is obtained over the range from2.13x10"2~1.17mg?L_1,The linear regression equation is(AA)625nm=0.1515p+0.0535,the correlation coefficient()is0.9909,and with a limit of detect(LOD)of1.7x103mg?L1.The proposed procedure was applied to determine the amount of dioctyl phthalate in plastics.The determination results are consistent with the results of fluorescence method[4=.The recovery range was95.6%-105.0%,RSD was1.7%-2.8%.
