摘 要:以玻璃工业的废弃物石英尾砂为原料,经活化处理,烧碱溶解,溶胶-凝胶法,常压梯度干燥制备SiO_2气凝胶,通过单因素试验确定了工艺过程的活化温度、活化时间、硅碱比、溶解时间、溶胶-凝胶pH值。对该工艺下制得的产品进行了FT-IR、XRD、SEM、N-吸附测试,结果表明,制得了以SiO_2网络为骨架的单组分非晶态气凝胶,SiO_2气凝胶的密度为0.12 g/cm^3,BET表面积为586.63 m^2·g^(-1),BJH平均孔径20.13 nm,BJH累积孔容为2.55 cm·g^(-1)。Si02aerogel was prepared using the raw material of quartz tail-sand derived from glass industry by the process of tail-sand activation pretreatment,alkali-dissolving,sol-gel method and ambient gradient drying.The factors influenced the transformation rate of quartz tail-sand mainly were ratio of tail-sand to sodium hydroxide,activation temperature,activation time,dissolution time and pH value of sol-gel reaction,which were investigated by single factor experiments.Finally,the optimum process conditions were de-termined.The product prepared under the optimum process conditions was characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,and N2-adsorption,the results indicated that the Si02aerogel prepared was one-component amorphous material with the skeleton of inorganic polymer Si02network,the density was0.12g/cm3,BET surface area was586.63m2*g1,BJH average pore diameter was20.13nm,BJH cumulative pore volume was2.55cm3.g.
