摘 要:在碳排放强度影响因素的研究中,技术进步对碳减排的作用日益成为各方关注的焦点。该文基于2000—2013年我国30个省市面板数据,从进口贸易技术溢出视角,结合进口贸易技术溢出的吸收能力,构建碳排放强度影响因素分析空间面板模型,并将进口贸易技术溢出对碳排放强度的空间影响分解为直接效应和间接效应。实证结果表明,进口贸易技术溢出空间分布集中度高,主要集中在我国东部沿海省市;进口贸易技术溢出能够显著降低我国碳排放强度,且空间相关性使得进口贸易技术溢出对周边省份碳排放强度的间接效应显著大于对本省碳排放强度的直接效应;国内研发强度和人力资本作为进口贸易技术溢出的扩散途径效果不理想。In the research of the influence factors of carbon emission intensity,the effect of technological progress on carbon emission reductio n has increasingly become the focus of attent ion.Based on the panel data of30provinces and cities in Chinafrom2000to2013,from the per spective of technology spillover of import trade,and combined with the absorption capacity ofimport trade technolog y spillovers,this paper constructs a spatial panel model to analyze the influencing factors of car bonemission intensity,and div ides the influence of import trade technology spillover on carbon emission intensity into directone and indirectone.The results show that the technology spillovers from import trade show a high spatial concentration,mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal provinces and cities in China;technology spillovers of import trade can significantly reduce the intensity of carbon emissions in China,and the spatial correlation makes the indirect effect of the technolog y spillovers of importtrade on car bo n intensity of the neighboring provinces significantlyg reater than the direct effect on car bon intensity of the province;as the result of spread of import t rade technology spillover,R&D intensity and human capital,which reflect the absor ptioncapacity of impo rt trade techno lo gy spillover,are not ideal.There is no good conduction and diffusion of import trade technologyspillover on the inhibition of carbon emission intensity.
