摘 要:基于中国5个鸡蛋主产省份811份规模养殖户的调研数据,利用统计分析方法和EBM模型在测算蛋鸡污染物排放量及治理投入的基础上评估了养殖户蛋鸡养殖的适度规模。结果表明:蛋鸡污染物排放量及治理投入存在规模差异,30 000~49 999只的蛋鸡养殖场污染物平均排放量以及治理投入最低。考虑污染物排放及治理投入,中国鸡蛋主产区规模养殖户的蛋鸡养殖规模以30 000~49 999只最为适度,该规模区间的养殖指标、效益及效率是相对最优或最高的。在中国鸡蛋主产省份以1万只蛋鸡以下为主要养殖区间的发展态势下,规模养殖的潜力仍然可待挖掘,规模化水平需进一步提升。Based on the surveys of811scale-farmers in5provinces of China,the statistical analysis method and the EBMmodel were used to evaluate the appropriate scale of the layers'breeding on the basis of estimating the pollutantsdischarge and the governance inputs in this paper.The results showed that there were significant differences betweenpollutant discharge and governance input for layers,which is the lowest among30000~49999layers'farms.Consideringthe pollutant discharge and governance input,the scale of layers with30000~49999layers is the most moderate for thebreeders in the main eggs producing areas,and the breeding index,benefit and efficiency of which is relatively optimal orthe highest.Under the situation that the main breeding range in egg producing provinces is10000layers or below,thepotential for large-scale breeding is still to be excavated,large-scale level need to be further improved.
