摘　　要：对农村集体土地产权的所有权、承包权、经营权、发展权(农村集体土地转为非农用时)和继承权(承包人死亡时)五项权利及其模糊性的研究文献进行系统梳理,并在简要评述基础上对农村集体土地产权及其相关研究予以展望。This paper systematically combs five land rights and their ambiguity.The five land rights include ownership,contracting right,management right,development rights(when the rural collective land’s use is changed from agricultureto non-agriculture)and right of inheritance(when the contractor died).On the basis of brief comment on the ruralcollective land property rights,the author forecasts related researches in the future.
