我国返乡农民工创业与土地流转关系的研究评述

摘　　要：采用文献分析法和比较分析法,探究返乡农民工在家乡当地创业对其土地流转所带来的种种影响,以期在已有对土地流转行为影响因素的研究范式上进行更深入的理论补充和归纳评述。研究结果:国内外学界对土地流转的研究现状可从4个视角分析,即从经济学、管理学、社会学和法学等方面展开论述。经济学中的土地供需均衡和理性人思想以及政府管制、土地产权界定均对返乡农民工创业产生影响,进而影响返乡农民工土地流转意愿。研究结论:今后我国返乡农民工土地流转行为研究应从以下3个方面进行深化和拓展:政府普惠金融和土地市场运作对农民工创业的影响带来的土地流转影响;从产权规范角度细究其对土地流转的影响;深入探究面向农民工心理因素的土地流转行为选择。The study explores the influences of migrant workers'homecoming entrepreneurship on the local land circulation by taking researchmethods of both literature analysis and comparative analysis.The aim of the study is to make further theory complements and inductions on the ba鄄sis of existing research paradigm.The results show that,both overseas and domestic scholars analyzed the status quo of land circulation mainlyfrom four perspectives,as economics,management,sociology and law.From the economics perspective,the supply and demand balance of land,rational thinking on people,government regulation and the defining of land property rights are all have impacts on migrant workers'homecomingentrepreneurship,thus affect the land circulation willingness of migrant workers.Therefore,it indicates that the future studies on migrant workers'land circulation behaviors should be deepened and expanded from the following three aspects:the influence of both government financial inclusionand land market operation on migrant workers'homecoming entrepreneurship;from the perspective of property rights norms,scrutinizing its impacton land circulation;land circulation behavior choice involving psychological factors of migrant workers.
