摘　　要：21世纪以来,人类社会逐步进入到高度复杂性的风险社会,社会矛盾不断激增,政府与社会组织合作共治成为迫切需要。然而,受传统行政思想的影响,中国的政府与社会组织合作治理还存在诸多亟须解决的问题,阻碍了经济社会发展。从实际情况看,政府与社会组织合作治理内含利益协调机制、信息共享机制、组织运行机制和制度保障机制4个关键环节。所以,有效实现政府与社会组织合作共治,创新合作机制需要在这4个方面努力,并使其密切配合,相互联系,有机统一。In the new century,with social contradictions constantly increasing,the human society has been gradually evolving into a risk societywith high complexity,and the cooperative governance between government and social organizations has become an urgent need.However,underthe influence of the traditional administrative thoughts,there are still many problems to be solved for the cooperative governance between government and social organizations in China,for these problems have hindered the economic and social development.In reality,the cooperative governance mechanism between government and social organizations covers such four key factors as interest coordination,information sharing,organization operating and system guarantee.In order to achieve effective governance cooperation between government and social organizations,the factors must be strengthened,inter-linked and closely cooperated.
