摘  要:目的对某市无偿献血者乳糜血相关因素进行调查,以便提高采血效率,减少乳糜血的报废,保护血液资源。方法采用Epidata 3.0软件对某市2013年1-12月献血者建立信息登记表,双录入献血者性别、年龄、献血季节、学历、职业、献血次数等相关信息,再将数据导入到SPSS 21.0软件,采用χ2检验、趋势检验进行统计分析。结果共录入献血者有效资料76 432份,其中包括乳糜血1125份。献血人群中男性和女性乳糜血率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),男性高于女性;不同年龄组乳糜血率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随年龄增长有增加的趋势;不同献血季节乳糜血率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),夏季乳糜血率高于其他季节;不同学历献血者乳糜血率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),大学及以上学历献血者乳糜血率明显低于其他学历人群,且随着学历的提升乳糜血发生率有下降的趋势;不同职业献血者乳糜血率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),工人/企事业职员、自由职业者、公务员、商业及服务人员高于其他职业人群;不同献血次数乳糜血率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着献血次数增加,乳糜血率有增加的趋势。结论通过对乳糜血相关因素的统计分析,能够清楚了解该地区乳糜血相关因素,科学掌握乳糜血高发人群及发生季节,有效指导血液机构采供血的业务工作。Objective To investigate related factors of chylemia donation in order to improve the efficiency of blood collection,reduce the waste of chylemia and to protect blood resources.Methods Epidata3.0software was used to design an information form for blood donors in Handan between January and December2013before the double entry system was used to input the sex,age,season,education level,occupations,times of blood donation and other related information of blood donors.Finally,the data was inpuled into the SPSS21.0software system,and stalislical analysis was carried out using ihe^2lesl and the trend lesl.Results The total nun^er of voluntary blood donors entered by the software was76432,including1125chylemia donors.There was statistically significant difference between male donors of chymelia and female ones(P<0.01),for male donors of chymelia far outnumbered female ones.There was significant difference between different age groups of chylemia donors,as the rate of donation increased with age(P<0.01).There was statistically significant difference in the amount of donation between the four seasons(P<0.01),with the peak in the summer.There was statistically significant difference between donors of different education levels(P<0.01),as the incidence of chymelia donation declined along with the improved level of education.There was significant difference between blood donors of different occupations(P<0.01).With the increase in the frequency of blood donation,the incidence of chylemia tended to rise.Conclusion Through statistical analysis of factors related to chylemia donation,we can find out more about high-risk populations and seasons of high incidence in order to guide blood collection and supply.
