两种放松治疗方法对海勤人员高压力反应和异常情绪的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐放松治疗与生物反馈放松治疗对海勤人员压力反应和异常情绪的作用,以期为疗养期间选择合适的放松治疗方法提供科学依据。方法经工作压力反应量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)测试筛选出29名海勤人员,采用分层随机抽样的方法以职业为分层依据分成2组,音乐放松治疗组与生物反馈放松治疗组,分别在常规心理支持的基础上施以音乐放松治疗和生物反馈放松治疗,集中3周时间进行治疗,治疗后进行压力反应量表、SAS、SDS测评并对效果进行比较。结果音乐放松治疗组海勤人员压力反应量表总测评分与分量表测评分、SAS测评分、SDS测评分均显著下降;生物反馈放松组海勤人员压力反应量表总测评分与分量表测评分出现了显著下降,SAS、SDS测评分干预前后对照差异不显著;2种治疗效果之间无显著差别。结论音乐放松治疗与生物反馈放松治疗能够显著改善海勤人员的压力反应,前者还可以显著缓解异常情绪,更适合用于疗养期治疗。Objective To study the effect of music relaxation therapy and biofeedback relaxation therapy on the stress response and abnormal emotion of naval special service staff in order to facilitate the selection of an appropriate relaxation therapy.Methods The work-related stress reaction scale,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to test and screen29cases of mood disorders among the naval special service staff,while the stratified random sampling method was used to divide these cases into two groups according to jobs:the musical relaxation therapy group and the biofeedback therapy group.In addition to routine psychological support,the two groups were subjected to the musical relaxation therapy and biofeedback relaxation therapy respectively for three weeks.After treatment,the work-related stress reaction scale,SAS and SDS were used to compare the results.Results The total scores of work-related stress reaction scale and Sub-scale score,SAS test score and SDS test score of the musical relaxation therapy group all significantly decreased,so did the total scores and Sub-scale score of work-related stress reaction scale in the biofeedback relaxation therapy group but the difference in SAS and SDS scores was not significant after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two therapies.Conclusion The musical relaxation therapy and biological feedback relaxation therapy can both significantly improve the abnormal emotions of naval special service staff,but the former works better during recuperation.
