摘 要:目的了解军医大学学员对乙肝知识态度及行为的情况,为制订合理有效的健康教育策略和防治措施提供依据。方法使用现况调查方法,采用自行设计的含有学员基本信息及乙肝相关知识的问卷,对某军医大一学员和大四学员进行问卷调查。结果 1084名学员中30.26%(328/1084)的学员对乙肝的3种主要传播途径回答准确,其中大学四年级学员对乙肝3种主要传播途径的知晓率(59.60%)显著高于大一新生(χ~2=311.48,P<0.01)。不同年级的学员对待乙肝感染或携带者的态度如"是否介意与乙肝患者共同进餐"及"您觉得乙肝感染者可以结婚、生孩子吗"问题差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年级的学员对乙肝相关知识、行为和态度存在差别,提示军队医学院开展乙肝相关健康教育时需要充分考虑不同年级学员的特点开展针对性较强的乙肝健康宣教。Objective To investigate the amount of knowledge,attitude and behavior related to hepatitis B among undergraduates at a military medical university.Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out among the first-year and forth-year students using self-designed questionnaires.Results The percentage of students who gave correct answers to the question about the three transmission routes of hepatitis B was30.26%(328/1084).The percentage of forth-year students who knew clearly the three main transmission routes of HBV was59.60%,which was significantly higher than that of first-year students(9.60%)(^2=311.48,P<0.01).The awareness rate of knowledge related to HBV was significantly different between first-year students and forth-year students(P<0.05).Attitudes to the question of whether you mind having dinner with an HBY infected patient or whether HBV infected individuals can get married or have their own child were significantly different between students of different years(F<0.05).Conclusion The amount of knowledge,attitude and behavior related to hepatitis B are different between students of different years.Therefore,HBV related healthcare education should be tailored to students in different grades.
