克氏针阻挡弹性加压治疗骨性锤状指的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用克氏针阻挡弹性加压治疗骨性锤状指的手术方法及临床疗效。方法应用切开复位克氏针阻挡弹性加压治疗骨性锤状指54例,骨折解剖复位。术后6周拍X线片了解骨折愈合情况。采用Crawford标准评估疗效。结果术后随访5~60个月,平均18个月。病人骨折均骨性愈合。采用Crawford标准评估疗效,优48例,良4例,可2例,优良率96%。结论克氏针阻挡弹性加压治疗骨性锤状指,手术操作简单,疗效满意,是治疗骨性锤状指有效方法之一。Objective To investigate the surgical methods and clinical results of elastic compression block Kirschner wire on mallet fractures.M ethods54cases of mallet finger deformities were treated with elastic compression block Kirschner wire.All of cases achieved anatomic realignment of bone fragments,analyzed through X graphs after operation6weeks.The outcomes were evaluated by Crawford criteria.Results54patients were followed up for5-60months(the mean was18months).This group of patients with bone fracture were bone healing.Excellent results were obtained in48cases,good in4cases,fair in2cases according to Crawford criteria and the good rate was96%.Conclusion Elastic compression block Kirschner wire technique is one of the simple and effective methods for the treatment of mallet finger deformity.
