摘　　要：目的促进辅助用药临床合理应用。方法回顾性分析该院2013—2015年实施综合干预措施期间,辅助用药重点监测品种(KMAD)的品种类别、品种数及消耗金额等情况。结果 2013—2015年,KMAD的类别主要为活血化瘀及改善微循环类、神经营养类。各年度KMAD品种数构成比依次为5.19%、4.39%、3.88%;消耗金额构成比分别为46.36%、43.88%、41.49%,且差异有统计学意义(2013年与2014年相比,χ~2=84 981.343,P<0.001;2013年与2015年相比,χ~2=30 2141.674,P<0.001;2014年与2015年相比,χ~2=76 754.880,P<0.001)。结论该院综合干预措施可促进辅助用药临床合理应用,取得成效。Objective To promote the clinical rational use of adjuvant drugs.Methods A retrospective analysis of the varieties numbers and consumption amount of key monitoring adjuvant drugs(KMAD)in our hospital during2013-2015,when comprehensive interventions were implemented.Results From2013to2015,drugs were mainly the blood circulation and microcirculation promoter,neurotrophic class.For each year,the varieties number ratios of KMAD were5.19%,4.39%and3.88%Respectively;the consumption amount ratios of KMAD were46.36%,43.88%and41.49%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(for2013vs2014,x2=84981.343,_P<0.001;for20132015,x2=302141.674,_P<0.001;for20142015,x2=76754.880,_P<0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive interventions in our hospital can promote the clinical rational use of adjuvant drugs and achieved results.
