摘　　要：目的调查临床护士长时间监控能力,为加强护士长时间管理提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法,使用时间管理倾向量表对武汉市三级甲等综合医院201名护士长进行问卷调查。结果护士长时间监控观总均分为(3.95±0.50)分。人口统计学变量中,护士长时间监控观得分在工作年限、职称、基础学历、子女年龄中具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护士长时间监控观能力有待进一步提高,有必要对护士长进行更加具体的时间管理培训。Objective To investigate the sense of time control in clinical nurses,and to provideevidence-leased measures ofr time management.Metliods Witti the convenient samplingmethod,the time management disposition scale was carried out on201nurses form general hospitalsin Wuhan City.Results The overall score of time monitoring in head nurses was(3.95±0.50)points.In the demographic variables,the super-visorT time monitoring score was statisticallysi^gnificant in working years,professional titles,basic education and childrenT age(P<0.05).Conclusion The head nurseT sense of time control needs to be further improved.It is necessaryto carry out a more specific time management training for head nurses.
