摘  要:目的评价脑卒中经口进食患者的进食现状,分析脑卒中后进口进食困难的影响因素。方法采用自行设计的一般情况调查问卷、中文版简易进食观察表-Ⅱ(CH-MEOF-Ⅱ),对上海市6家医院就诊的385例脑卒中患者进行调查。结果 385例脑卒中患者中发生进食困难226例,发生率为69.1%,其中摄入困难、吞咽困难、精力不足/食欲下降的发生率分别为54.4%、31.4%和41.8%。多因素分析显示,NIHSS评分是进食困难发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者普遍存在经口进食困难,应实施针对性改善方案,积极预防营养不良等并发症。Objective To investigate the current status and risk factors of eating difficulty inpatients with stroke.Methods A descriptive study was designed to investigate385patients withstroke in6hospitals in Shanghn.Patients were investigated using research tools including self-madedemographic information questionnaire and the Chinese version of minimal eating observation form-II(CH-MEOF-n).Results There were226cases with more than one type of eating difficulty,accountingfor69.1%of totally participants.The common types of eating difficulty were ingestiondisorder,deglutition disorder and loss of appetite,accounting for54.4%、31.4%and41.8%,respectively.Multiple-factor analysis indicated that NIHSS score was the main factors related to difficulty after stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion Most stroke patients have at least one type of eatingdifficulty.Targeted nursing interventions should be provided to prevent the malnutrition.
