摘　　要：目的探讨简便艾灸盒在治疗婴幼儿腹泻中的应用效果及护理要点。方法 168例腹泻患儿分为观察组85例和对照组83例。对照组予常规西医治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用简便艾灸盒艾灸相关穴位。观察2组腹泻疗效、呕吐消失时间及住院时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿呕吐消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用简便艾灸盒艾灸治疗结合综合护理干预能有效确保婴幼儿腹泻治疗效果,促进康复。ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectof moxibustionbyusingportablemoxa boxfor diarrhea in infant and related nursing care.MethodsA total of168infants witti diarrhea wereassigned to the observation group!n=85)and the control group(n=83).Both two groups re-ceived standard treatment and nursing care,while the moxibustion by protable moxa box was car-ried outintheobservationgroup.Theclinical effecton diarrhea,timetovomitingdisappearedand length of stay were compared between two groups.ResultsThe overall effective rate washigher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05).The time to vomiting disap-peared and length of stay were shorter in the observation group than those of controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion by using portable moxa box combined with comprehensive nursing in-terventions can ensure the treatment efficacy on diarrhea and improve the rehabilitation of infants.
