临床护理路径在高血压社区管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在社区高血压管理中的应用效果。方法 200例来自同一街道的中度危险高血压患者分为对照组和实验组,各100例。对照组采用社区常规服务方法进行高血压的健康管理,实验组采用临床护理路径开展健康教育管理。观察2组干预前后高血压健康知识达标情况及血压变化情况,比较2组护理满意度。结果干预后,实验组高血压知识达标率高于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后,2组血压均有下降,且实验组血压改善优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论运用临床护理路径对社区高血压慢性病进行健康教育管理,能提高患者高血压健康知识达标率,对改善血压、提高护理满意度具有积极作用。ObjectiveToinvestigatetheapplicationofclinicalnursingpathwayinmanage-ment of hypertension patients from the community.MethodsA total of200moderate essentialhypertension from sameblockwereassigned tothecontrolgroupandthestudygroup,with100cases in each group.The control was given conventional metliods of management on hyperten-sion,and the study group recei-ved management based on clinical nursing patliway.The knowl-edge level of hypertension,blood pressure control and patients^satisfaction were observed and compared betweentwogroups.ResultsPatients inthestudygroupachievedhigherknowledgelevel of hypertensionandsatisfactionratecomparedwiththoseinthecontrol(P<0.01).Thesystolic pressure level diastolic pressure of patient in the study group were better controlled com-pared with those in the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion Application of clini-cal nursing patliwaycanimprovethediseaseawaenes of inhypertensionpatientsfromthe com-munity,showingapositi-veeffect onbloodpressurecontrolandnursingsatisfaction.
