摘　　要：常规K型井架是现役常规陆地钻机井架,其安装后尺寸大,零部件多,运输模块多,需要的拆卸和安装过程复杂。而页岩气丰富的川渝地区路况复杂狭小,山地较多,常规K型井架已经无法满足。针对川渝地区场地运输和井场限制,设计了一种结构简单、运输尺寸小、运输模块少的折叠井架。该井架可以在拆卸或安装时通过折叠并拆卸、安装井架背部的销轴快速完成拆卸或安装过程,工艺简单,结构紧凑、运输车次少,安装简单方便,大大节省搬家、安装时间,适合山区和有尺寸限制的小井场等复杂场地。The conventional K derrick is an active land drilling derrick,which is installed with large size,many components,many transportation modules,and the disassembly and installation process is complicated.The shale gas rich Sichuan and Chongqing area is complex,narrow and mountainous,so the conventional K derrick can't be satisfied.A folding derrick with simple structure,small transportation dimension and less transport module is designed for the transportation and site limitation of Sichuan and Chongqing.The derrick can in disassembly or by pin folding and disassembling and installing derrick back quickly complete removal or installation process,the installation process is simple,compact structure,small trucks,simple and convenient installation,saving move,installation time,suitable for mountain area and size limit slim field complex site system.
