摘 要:搭建了多波长LED可见光通信(Visible Light Communication,VLC)系统,采用了低通滤波器-光双二进制(Low Pass Filter-Optical Duobinary,LDF-ODB)的调制方案,实现了波长为450 nm、550 nm和650 nm的可见光信号10 m的传输距离,并分析了3种可见光信号的传输性能。仿真结果证明了光双二进制调制与解调技术应用于可见光通信系统的可行性。通过比较不同波长VLC系统的Q值、眼图、接收灵敏度等,结果证明:采用450 nm波长收发信号的系统,其接收灵敏度高于应用其余波长的系统;采用550 nm波长收发信号的系统具有最小的接收功率代价值。因此,在实际应用中,当系统接收灵敏度要求较高时,采用450 nm波长收发信号的方案具有优势;若同时兼顾接收功率代价值的影响,建议选择采用550 nm波长收发信号的方案。上述研究结果为VLC系统的调制、解调和多波长的实际应用提供了可参考方案。A multi-wavelength LED visible light communication(VLC)system was set up.The low pass filter optical duobinary(LDFODB)modulation scheme was used to realize three different visible light signals(the wavelengths were450nm,550nm and650nm)transmission over10meters respectively,and the transmission performance of three kinds of visible light signals was analyzed.The simulation results showed the feasibility of optical duobinary modulation and demodulation technology in the VLC system.By comparing the Q value,eye diagrams and receiver sensitivities,it was found that the receiver sensitivity was better when transmitting optical signal was450nm.And,the system had the lowest receiver power penalty when550nm wavelength transceiver was used.Therefore,in the practical application,when the system has a higher sensitivity requirement,the transceiver with450nm wavelength signal is the best.As taking into account the receiver power penalty,the transceiver with550nm wavelength signal is better than others.The above results provide a reference for the modulation,demodulation and multi-wavelength applications in VLC system.
