摘  要:以辽园多丽番茄为试材,采用气雾法栽培,以珍珠岩培为对照,研究雾培对番茄生长的影响。结果表明,雾培可显著改善番茄根际气体环境,其根际O2浓度比对照提高了14.7%,而根际CO2浓度仅为对照的1/10。雾培显著促进了番茄根系的生长及营养吸收,在定植后60 d时,雾培植株的根长、根体积、根系活力和根系硝酸还原酶活性分别比对照提高了66.0%、63.0%、34.9%和30.5%。雾培番茄根系、果实中N、P、K、Ca和Mg含量显著高于对照,其中根系中N、P、K、Ca和Mg含量分别是对照的1.8、1.5、1.4、1.4和1.2倍。上述结果表明,雾培主要通过显著改善根际气体环境,增加根际周围O_2含量,降低CO_2含量,促进番茄根系生长和营养吸收,增强植株营养向地上部分的转运,从而促进植株的生长和发育。Tomato plants(Lycopersicon esculentum L.cv.Liaoyuanduoli)were treated by aeroponical culture and perlite culture was used as the control.The results showed that the rhizosphere02of aeroponic tomato was14.7%higher while C02concentration was only about1/10of the control plants.Aeroponics significantly promoted the root growth and nutrient absorption of tomato.The root length,root volume,root activity and nitrate reductase activity of tomato under aeroponical culture on60days after transplanting was increased by66.0%,63.0%,34.9%and30.5%than that of the control plants.The content of N,P,K,Ca and Mg in roots and fruits of aeroponic plants was significantly higher than that of the control plants,which were1.8,1.5,1.4,1.4,and1.2times of the control plants,respectively.The results indicated that the aeroponic culture significantly improved rhizosphere gas environment through increasing02content and reducing C02content.Aeroponic culture promoted the root growth and nutrient absorption at the same time,and then enhanced plant nutrition transferring to the ground part.
