摘　　要：为了保证激光干涉仪内部的压电陶瓷驱动器(PZT)能够精准地工作,PZT的驱动电路系统的有效位数必须达到12位。文中介绍了一种基于ADS1255的高精度通用的数据采集系统。如何使用高精度的ADS1255模数转换芯片,文中给出了硬件和软件设计方法并作了详细的说明。该设计以TI公司的24位∑-Δ型模数转换芯片ADS1255和16位数模转换芯片AD5062为核心,以STC公司的STC89C58RD+为控制器,采用串口通信的方式将ADS1255采集到的数据进行输出并保存。最后再通过MATLAB编程对得到的数据进行分析处理,由数据结果可得到电路系统的有效位数为13位并同时验证了数据采集系统的准确性[1-2]。To ensure the laser interferometer inside PZT can work accurately,effective bit number of PZT drive circuit system must reach12.This paper introduces a high precision universal data acquisition system based on ADS1255.How to use this high-performance analog-to-digital converter,this paper presents the hardware and software design methods and a detailed description is made.The design takes24-bit X-A analog-to-digital converter ADS1255and16-bit digital-to-analog converter AD5062of TI as the core,takes STC51as controller,and which outputs and saves the data using serial communication mode.Finally,through the MATLAB programming,it analyzes and processes the data obtained.By processing the data,the effective bit number of AD5062can reach13.And also to verify the accuracy of the data acquisition system.
