浅析保密档案管理工作中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：档案管理的重要内容是保密,档案管理的保密性直接关系到国家、社会的安全和利益。在信息化飞速发展的今天,档案管理方式更加多样化,传统的纸质档案管理模式已不能适应档案管理的要求,档案信息化正在越来越广泛地应用于档案管理工作之中。然而,在电子信息技术和网络信息技术为档案的存储、查询以及传递带来便利的同时,也给电子档案管理带来了诸多安全性问题。为此,文中就当前档案管理保密工作中存在的安全问题及对策,进行分析和探讨。An important part of the archives management is confidentiality,the confidentiality of the archives management is directly related to the country,the security and development of the society.In today’s rapid development of informatization,file management way more diversified,the traditional paper files management mode can not meet the requirements of archives management and archives information is more and more widely used in archives management work.However,in the electronic information technology and network information technology for file storage,query and deliver can bring convenience,at the same time also brings about many security problems.Therefore,in this paper,the security problems of the current archives management in secrecy and countermeasures are analyzed and discussed.
