摘 要:目的比较两种肺炎支原体(MP)检测方法的诊断效能并分析湖北地区MP感染的流行病学特征。方法回顾分析1631例肺炎患儿的咽拭子MP-DNA和血清MP-IgM抗体检测结果。结果确诊为MP感染的患儿有470例,占28.82%(470/1631);MP-IgM抗体和MP-DNA的阳性检出率分别为70.00%(329/470)和56.38%(265/470),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);MP-IgM、MP-DNA同时阳性患者占26.38%(124/470);MP感染全年均可发生,其中第四季度感染率最高(39.51%,177/448);MP在女童中的检出率明显高于男童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MP检出率在各年龄组间有明显差异(P<0.01),其中4?7岁组检出率最高(59.85%),<1岁组最低(18.60%)。结论联合MP-IgM和MP-DNA检测对提高MP感染检出率有重要意义。Objective To compare the diagnostic efficacy of two Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)detection methods and to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of MP infection in Hubei.Methods The test results of throat swab MP-DNA and serum MP-IgM antibody of1631children with pneumonia were analyzed retrospectively.Results A total of470children were comfirmed as MP infection,accounted for28.82%(470/1631).The positive rates of MP-IgM antibody and MP-DNA were70%(329/470)and56.38%(265/470)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<Co.01).MP-IgM and MP-DNA positive patients accounted for26.38%(124/470).MP infection occurred in the whole year which was most prevalent in the fourth quarter(39.51%,177/448).The detection rate of MP in girls was significantly higher than that in boys,the difference was statistically significant(P<C0.05).The detection rate of MP was significantly different among different age groups(P<C0.01),among which the detection rate was the highest in the4-7year old group(59.85%).Conclusion The combination of MP-IgM and MP-DNA detection is of great significance to improve the detection rate of MP infection.
