血清降钙素原在儿童社区获得性肺炎中的表达及应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童社区获得性肺炎（CAP)血清降钙素原（PCT)表达水平及应用价值。方法选取该院门诊及住院1?10岁CAP患儿120例，分为细菌性CAP组（40例），病毒性CAP组（40例），支原体性CAP组（40例），另设健康对照组40例。进行PCT、C反应蛋白（CRP)及外周血白细胞（WBC)检测，比较血清PCT、CRP和WBC的表达水平，并进行统计学分析。结果细菌性CAP组、病毒性CAP组、支原体CAP组及健康对照组两两比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。细菌性CAP组PCT、CRP'WBC显著高于病毒性CAP组和支原体CAP组（P<0.05);支原体CAP组PCT、CRP、WBC显著高于病毒性CAP组（P<0.05);病毒性CAP组PCT阳性率显著低于CRP和WBC阳性率（P<0.05h结论PCT联合CRP、WBC有助于鉴别儿童CAP的类型。Objective To investigate the expression level and application value of serum procalcitonin(PCT)in children with community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods120cases of CAP children aged1?10years old in the hospital were selected and divided into the bacterial CAP group(40cases),the viral CAP group(40cases),the Mycoplasma CAP group(40cases).Another the healthy control group of40patients was set up.PCT,C reactive protein(CRP)and peripheral blood white blood cell(WBC)were detected,and the expression levels of serum PCT,CRP and WBC were compared and statistically analyzed.Results The differences of the Bacterial CAP group,the viral CAP group,the Mycoplasma CAP group and the healthy control group were statis-tically significant(P<C〇.05).The PCT,CRP and WBC of the Bacterial CAP group was significantly higher than those of the viral CAP group and Mycoplasma CAP group(P<C〇.05).The levels of PCT,CRP and WBC of the Mycoplasma CAP group were signifi-cantly higher than those of the viral CAP group(P<C0.05).The positive rate of PCT was lower than that of CRP and WBC in the viral CAP group(P〈0.05).Conclusion PCT combined with CRP and WBC can help identify the types of CAP in children and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and rational use of drugs.
