摘　　要：目的探讨UF-1000i和AX-4280检测尿液中WBC的对应关系。方法选取2016年11月-2016年11月该院患者的尿液标本367例，用UF-1000i和AX-4280分析仪检测，结果进行统计学分析。结果UF-1000i和AX-4280WBC检测对应关系如下：WBC<27X10S/L，干化学阴性；WBC27X106?55X10S/L，干化学+/—;WBC55X106?226X10VU干化学1+;WBC226X10S?450X10S/L，干化学2+;WBC>450X10s/L，干化学3+?结论当尿沉渣WBC阳性而干化学假阴性时，可参考两者对应关系，修正干化学WBC结果。Objective To investigate the corresponding relationship of urine WBC between UF-lOOOi and AX-4280.Methods The urine samples of367patients in the hospital from November2016to November2016were selected and detected by UF-lOOOi and AX-4280analyzer,and he results were statistically analyzed.Results The corresponding relations of WBC testing by UF-lOOOi and AX-4280was as follows.The WBC〈27X106c/mL,dry chemical negative;The WBC27X106?55X106/mL,dry chemical+/-;The WBC55X106?226X106/mL,1+dry chemistry;The WBC226X106?450X106/mL,dry chemical2+;The WB〇450X106/mL,dry chemical3+.Conclusion When the urine sediment WBC is positive and the dry chemistry is false negative,the WBC results of dry chemistry can be corrected by referring to the corresponding relationship
