摘  要:目的探讨不同血浆输注比例对产科大量输血患者凝血功能影响.方法收集2011年1月至2016年10月该院产科大量输血患者40例,根据输血前凝血功能分为凝血功能正常组(17例)和凝血功能异常组(23例),分别进行高血浆比例、等血浆比例、低血浆比例输注。结果2组患者年龄、出血量、住院时长比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05h凝血功能异常组进行高血浆比例输注后仅活化部分促凝血酶原激酶时间和纤维蛋白原浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进行等血浆比例输注前后凝血功能得到明显改善(P<〇.〇5h结论产科患者大量输血治疗时,红细胞与血浆等比例输注,可最大程度纠正凝血功能障碍。Objective To investigate the effect of different plasma infusion ratio on coagulation function in obstetric patients with massive transfusion.Methods A total of40obstetric patients with massive transfusion in the hospital from January2011to October2016were collected anddivided into thenormal blood coagulation group(17cases)and theabnormal coagulation function group(23cases)according to the blood transfusion function before transfusion.High plasma ratios infusions,equal plasma ratios infusions,and low plasma ratio infusions were performed..Results The differences of the age,the amount of bleeding and the length of stay between the two groups were no significant significant(P^>0.05).In theabnormal coagulation function group,only the differences of activated partial thromboplastin time and fibrinogen concentration after high plasma ratios infusions were statisti-cally significant(P<C0.05),and coagulation functionwas improved before and after equal plasma infusion(P<C0.05).Conclusion When obstetric patients undergo extensive transfusion therapy,the proportional infusion of red blood cells and plasmacan maximize the correction of coagulation dysfunction and avoid waste of blood products.
