摘　　要：目的:观察柔肝化浊补肾法联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:选择90例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者,随机分为两组。观察组采用柔肝化浊补肾法联合阿德福韦酯治疗,对照组采用单一阿德福韦酯治疗,疗程6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后的症状体征、肝功能、肝纤维化指标及肝脏影像学等变化。结果:观察组患者治疗后乏力、腹胀、纳差及肝区痛改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组肝纤维化指标降低较对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组门静脉内径及脾脏厚度缩小也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柔肝化浊补肾法联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化具有较好的临床效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B by nourishing liver/removing turbidites/reinforcing kidney and adefovir dipivoxil.Methods:90patients with chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with the combination of liver softening and turbid tonifying therapy combined with adefovir dipivoxil.The control group was treated with a single adefovir dipivoxil,with6months treatment.The symptoms,signs,liver function,liver fibrosis index and liver imaging were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:Fatigue,bloating,anorexia and liver pain improvement in observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group of hepatic fibrosis index decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05);the observation group the diameter of portal vein and spleen thickness reduction is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of good clinical effect with nourishing liver/removing turbidites/reinforcing kidney combined with adefovir dipivoxil to treat liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B.
