摘　　要：目的:对415例喜炎平注射液的不良反应(Adverse drug reactions,ADR)报告数据进行分析,为该类药物的临床合理应用提供有价值的依据。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对2012年1月—2014年12月之间的湖北省药品不良反应监测中心数据库中收集到的415例喜炎平注射液不良反应报告进行统计,结合患者原发疾病和过敏史、用药剂量和方法,分析患者ADR在年龄、性别、发生时间、累及器官-系统的分布及临床表现,ADR性质与因果关系及转归。结果:415例患者原发疾病多为呼吸道感染类疾病;用药剂量和方法不当会增加ADR的发生,在儿童中也会引起严重的ADR;不良反应发生时间多在用药2h内,所致ADR以速发型过敏反应为主,且累及多个系统和器官。结论:临床使用喜炎平注射液时应注意遵循说明书用药,对于儿童需谨慎用药以避免严重ADR的发生,厂家也应对说明书进行补充和完善。Objective:To analyze the adverse drug reactions(ADR)reports of Xiyanping injections,providing valuable basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods:In the retrospective study,ADR reports of Xiyanping injections,from January2012to December2014,were collected from the database of the ADR monitoring center in Hubei Province.Data were then analyzed according to patients’primary disease and allergies,dose and method of administration,sex and age,occurrence time,causality evaluation,organs/systems involved and clinical manifestations.Results:The propotion of ADR in male was slightly higher than female,and occurrence of ADR distributed among all age groups.Primary disease for many patients is respiratory infections disease.Incorrect dosage and method will increase the propotion of ADR.Most ADR occurred in patients within2h following administration of Xiyanping injections,and serious consequences were observed in children.The symptoms of anaphylaxis involving multiple systems and organs were the most commonly reported in the ADR.Conclusion:In Clinic,Xiyanping injections should be used according to drug directions and carefully applied in children to avoid serious ADR.Additionally,the manufacturers of Xiyanping injections should complete the drug directions.
