摘　　要：针对北京地铁车辆运用维护中的实际问题,提出地铁车辆橡胶金属件自主研制的技术路线。以某线路车辆连接橡胶节点自主研制为示例,从几何结构测绘、材质测量、设计分析、型式试验、应用试验等方面进行产品性能体系化验证。结果表明,自主研制的零部件能够替代进口产品,满足运用要求。This paper puts forward technical solutions of independently developed metro vehicle rubber metal parts,aiming at the problems in metro vehicle operation and maintenance.Taking the independently developed vehicle rubber metal parts on a Beijing metro line as an example,it systematically verifies the product performance including the geometrical structure measuring,material measurement,design and analysis,type test and running test etc.The results have shown that the independently developed components can replace imported products and meet the operational requirements.
