灰铸铁件“料硬”问题浅析

摘　　要：对叉车制动鼓实际生产过程中产生的加工"料硬"问题进行分析,通过金相观察、力学性能检测等试验,认为Ti元素含量过高是铸件加工料硬主要原因。This paper is the study about that the hardness of brake drums exceeds its standard by machining in our factory,analyzed by means of optical microscope,mechanical properties testing,it is proved that the main reason of“high-hardness”is the high content of Ti element.
