摘　　要：感音神经性耳聋是一种耳科常见疾病,临床难以治愈。随着中医研究的不断深入,中医在感音神经性耳聋治疗中的应用也受到更多关注,中药、针灸等都成为感音神经性耳聋治疗的重要方法。本文通过分析、总结感音神经性耳聋的病因病机,对感音神经性耳聋的中药治疗和针灸治疗研究进展进行了简要综述,并提出了当前中医治疗感音神经性耳聋的研究中的问题与展望,为提高临床对感音神经性耳聋治疗的效果提供参考。Sensorineural hearing loss is a common clinical disease in otology,which is difficult to cure,with the development of TCM research,more and more attention has been paid to the application of TCM in the treatment of sensorineural hearing loss,traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion have become important methods for the treatment of sensorineural hearing loss.Therefore,in this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of sensorineural hearing loss are analyzed and summarized,and the research progress of Chinese medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment for sensorineural hearing loss is reviewed.In addition,the problems and prospects in the treatment of sensorineural hearing loss by traditional Chinese medicine were put forward,in order to improve the clinical effect of the treatment of sensorineural hearing loss.
